This camp focuses on healthy eating and exercise using fun and diverse sports, games, and activities to engage both body and mind. Outdoor activities will be interspersed with discussions and indoor activities about how the food that we consume affects our energy levels, the way our bodies perform, and our overall health.
Program fees cover AM snack, lunch and field trips.
All we ask is that participants bring a reusable water bottle and clothes for all weather.
Camp hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00am-4:00pm (extended care available)
