Empowering HER is an exciting and dynamic program designed to equip youth, ages 10 and older as well as their mother/mother-like caregiver(s), with the confidence, knowledge, and tools to shine in every aspect of their lives and relationships. Picture this: you arrive at a serene venue, greeted by the soothing sounds of a live sound bath, designed to melt away stress and prepare you for a transformative journey. Following this, a gentle yoga session will help you center yourself, setting a calm and focused tone for the days ahead. We believe that starting with relaxation allows you to fully embrace the empowering experiences to come.

Once everyone is relaxed and rejuvenated, the real fun begins! Empowering HER is packed with engaging and hands-on activities that cover self-awareness, emotional intelligence, sharing power, and communication; tools all members of the tribe need to sustain. You’ll have the chance to collaborate with peer mentors and other youth and caregivers. Empowering HER isn’t just about gaining skills, it’s about creating vibrant, supportive sisterhood that celebrates and amplifies each youth and woman’s unique potential. Get ready to eat, laugh, learn, be inspired, and lead like never before!

HOW TO REGISTER:

Empowering HER will offer one offering this summer at our Renton office on the following two (2) Thursdays, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. Dinner will be provided.

Youth and mother/mother-like caregiver must attend both sessions in order to receive a $50.00 VISA gift card for the family. Unfortunately, due to capacity we will not be able to offer childcare or admit unregistered guests.
