Community Event Space
Located right off Pacific Avenue South at 15413 First Avenue Court South, Suite 2-C in Tacoma, WA, inside the Spanaway Industrial Park is an ideal space to host your next gatherings. All rental proceeds support our free programming and services to girls and women throughout Washington.
In addition to our current programming being offered at this location, we love to host women owned businesses’ events, such as, pop-ups, classes, networking, or meetings. The 2,326 sq ft venue is also great for bridal showers, small weddings, baby showers, birthdays, brunches, and holiday parties.
Availability
8:00am-11:00pm, Sunday-Saturday
Monday-Thursday: Two (2) hours minimum; $50.00 per hour
Friday-Sunday: Four (4) hours minimum; $75.00 per hour
** Discount rate is available when you book 10 dates for hosting recurring (day and time) classes/meetings of at least 1 hour. **

Maximum seating capacity is 80 seating.
All music must end by 10:00pm; event must end by 11:00pm with clean-up/exit by midnight.

$100 non-refundable holding deposit is required to secure date and time.
Rental agreement must be signed with 24 hours of receipt of holding deposit confirmation. Or deposit will be forfeited.
$500 refundable damage deposit. $300 additional deposit if alcohol will be served.
Venue offers free off-street and street parking, (10) 5-ft round white tables, (10) 6-ft rectangle white tables, black and white table linens for all tables, (6) 8 qt. stainless steel chafers, two stall bathrooms, one private bathroom, and a kitchenette.
