SUMMARY:Healing the Mother
DESCRIPTION:Healing the Mother is designed specifically for mothers and mother-like caregivers\, 18 years old and older who are managing the dynamic challenges of parenting children from preschool to middle school. Recognizing that motherhood often comes with intense demands that can lead to burnout\, anxiety\, and feelings of guilt or shame\, our goal is to create a nurturing environment where participants can find solidarity and support. Healing the Mother aims to address these common struggles by providing practical tools and shared experiences to help alleviate stress and enhance well-being. \nHealing the Mother is a 4-hour session facilitated by clinical caregivers. During our time we will focus on sharing and practicing strategies for managing anxiety\, the importance of self-care\, and ways to inspire and uplift each other through the journey of motherhood. Healing the Mother is a safe space for open dialogue and exchange of ideas\, where every participant can learn from one another’s experiences and offer support. By fostering a community of understanding and encouragement\, Healing the Mother hopes to empower each caregiver to navigate the complexities of motherhood with renewed confidence and resilience. \nHOW TO REGISTER: \nHealing the Mother will offer four closed sessions this summer at our Seattle office from 12:00pm to 4:00pm. Snacks will be provided. Unfortunately\, due to space we will not be able to offer childcare or admit unregistered guests. \n\nThursday\, July 11\, 2024\nThursday\, July 18\, 2024\nThursday\, August 1\, 2024\nThursday\, August 8\, 2024\n\nCaregivers are invited to attend 1 or all 4.
